You may already be aware that pole dancing is fast becoming a popular way to keep fit and get in shape. Its great fun for everybody on a hen weekend activity with the girls. An absolute guaranteed laugh and great memories for your henweekend.

Friday evening: Hotel
The hotel is located on the seafront area at Porthcawl. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the hotel boasts a great gym for those that have the energy. (Continental Breakfast is included). Wander down stairs to the hotel bar or to the adjoining newly equipped Sports Bar (which boasts over 24 large TV screens) for your first celebration drink.
Pole Dacing Lessons
Your start to the Friday evening will be the 'Learn to Pole Dance' session at 8pm. Your pole dancing lesson will take place in private, before the nightclub opens, so you and the girls can relax, let your hair down and have a good scream.
During you pole dancing lesson, you'll be taught spinning and gripping techniques, seductive and eye catching pole moves. You may even want to show off your new skills in the night club later ! The pole dancing session will last 1.5hrs
VIP Nightclub Entry
Later from 10pm, you'll be given VIP entry to the adjoining nightclub where your table awaits in the private VIP area with a bottle of champagne to crack open and enjoy the start of a great night.
Saturday
am: Activity day | You'll come to the activity centre for 10am for your activity registration and meet your instructors. Depending upon which activity you choose, most days will finish approx 3.30pm, giving you plenty of time to relax at the hotel before your hen night out in Cardiff.

pm: Cardiff hen night | For the evening in cardiff, our minibus will transfer you into Cardiff city centre (20mins drive) and arrange a pick up with you at the end of the night to return you to your hotel.
Sunday
For those that have chosen our one day activity package, choose to have a relaxing morning in the hotel or explore the seafront area and beaches of Porthcawl. Those that have chosen the extra activity day will meet again at the activity centre for 10am.
