Children who aren't academic and are struggling with school for whatever reason, should be given every opportunity to let their talents shine.

Through adventurous schoolsactivity programmes Adventures activity centre is able to offer offers schools & groups various alternative curriculum programmes.

We currently train and assess over 250 young people a year within schools, pupil referall units and local authority groups, through accredited courses working with awarding bodies such as:-

  • Duke of Edinburgh awards,
  • SLSA Lifesaving Awards
  • First Aid awards,  
  • ASDAN Accreditation - Youth Challenge & Achievement Awards
  • BCU Kayaking star awards
  • G.C.S.E & A Level Mountain Navigation
  • National Navigation Awards Schemes.

Research clearly shows that well planned and monitored Outdoor Alternative Programmes not only improve the lives for individual young people, but also improve the experinces of school for so many more.
