Dean Jones

Director

Dean is a qualified Mountaineering Instructor (MIA) and International Mountain Leader (IML) who has led commercial and charity treks throughout the world including, Everest base camp and Kilimanjaro while juggling the challenges of a young family.

Dean is a keen climber with a passion for big mountains which has seen him on ascents in the Himalayas, Alaska and the European Alps.

Nigel Jones

Director

With a back ground in social care, Nigel has a wealth of experience working with young people. A former pro surf skier on the world tour and head beach Lifeguard, he now has a passion for passing his skills and training onto others. Nigel holds high level qualifications in surf kayaking, surfing instruction and Stand Up Paddle surfing. Nigel can often be found passing his surfing skills onto his promising young son Blake at Rest Bay.

Rob McAllister

Operations Manager

Our centre manager Rob is often your first point of contact. Rob joined the Adventures team in 2014 and brings a wealth of experience from the Retail & Travel industry.
A keen outdoor enthusiast, Rob is also an accomplished climber and has climbed in many places including USA, Greece, China and throughout Europe.
